******UPDATE*******
When I first posted this blog I had a song and lyrics on here. But now I'm bitter and I no longer believe that people actually care for eachother in this way. I think the way we all treat eachother now days is disgusting. It seems as though we only care about ourselves. It's like when we look at a potential relationship, partner, etc. all we think about is how we can benefit from this person or situation, what we will gain from being in this situation. It's not even about love anymore.
Divorce is a good example of this. Years ago divorce wasn't even an option. Now people don't even think twice about leaving their partner.
This is your PARTNER, your PARTNER IN LIFE!
This is supposed to be your best friend, but you can drop them like a bad habit as soon as things aren't "fun" anymore?!
Of course this isn't the only reason for divorce, other reasons include infidelity, abuse, etc.
But again, This is supposed to be your best friend, why would you cheat or abuse your best friend? Any best friend I've had/have I've been able to tell anything to, regardless if I thought they would be angry with me. And yeah, like all friends do from time to time, we got angry with eachother and hurt eachother. But we always communicated and solved our problems eventually.
So again, why is it different when it's your husband or wife? Why is it that as soon as something major happens, one person either shuts down the communication or walks away for good?
I do understand there are many other factors that play into things most of the time, but come on people!
And then as soon as you've hired that divorce lawyer, you're ready to tear eachother apart and wipe your "BEST FRIEND" clean of everything they have??
Please keep in mind these are only my personal opinions on this, and I for sure am not innocent when it comes to handling relationships wrong at times, but I just think we all need to get it together!

I'm posting this song and its lyrics because I not only love it, but it touches me and explains exactly what I want.
I don't want someone to be with me just because they like how I look or because they find me interesting...I want the EXTREME.
I don't ever want someone to settle for me because it's convenient.
I want him to feel that with me his life is complete. To feel that I not only make him happy, but I make him a better person. And he could never imagine it any other way.
