Living with Self Confidence
Only the person who has faith in himself is able to be faithful to others. One needs to have self value or simply self worth to understand self confidence. Self confidence is the ability to walk outside and live. The ability to feel in control at all times of your emotions and feelings going on inside of you as well as outside of you.
The way in which we look at ourselves has everything to do with how the world sees us. If we see ourselves as being week, beaten, powerless than that is who you will be and how others will see you as well. We have all been around someone who carries a presence about them that totally intrigues us. They have something about them. There smile, the way they talk, the way they walk. It just stands out. They like who they are and nothing is going to bring them down or change the way they are. That is all of our goals to have that feeling of inner strength which interns brings happiness and joy to ones heart.
When times get rough one needs to think with all they have been through in their lives. Perhaps I am stronger than I think. Yes, you are. But I can't convince you of this you need to believe it. Tough times will always be their but knowing you have gotten through all of them before what is going to stop you from getting through this one. Nothing. There is nothing you can't handle with your self confidence and positive thoughts.
Never bend your head. Hold it high. Look the world straight in the eye.Face your fears. Don't run from them, they will only follow you. You need to confront them and deal with them. Never think the world has got the best of you. Think in your mind your going to get the best of the world. It's very simple. Just change the way you interpret and deal with your everyday problems. Understand there is no one or anything that can change the person you are. As one of my favorite sayings go, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
