On Monday, January 14, 2008, I was arrested for domestic violence against my soon-to-be- ex husband, as well as a felony tampering with a 911 call...well here's the real story: I get home after having an argument with my fiancee, and we were gonna go in the room and talk about our fight. I had told my ex (Kevin) to stay out of it b/c he always likes to get the middle of things. He refused and started up, and of course I started yelling at him. My girlfriend had been calling my phone but I couldnt answer it bc it was just about dead. So Kevin takes my phone from the table behind me and I tried to get it back from him. We ended up wrestling for the phone bc I was going to go in my room and charge the phone so i could call my gf back. He knew the phone was dead, he NEVER specified tht he was going to dial 911, AND he NEVER attempted to DIAL 911...so I dont see how the charge is gonna stick...anyways we continued to fight and i was hitting him tryhing to get him off of me...then when David went into the other room Kevin began to really beat on me...thts when I called 911 and then when the cops came they took ME to jail! Heres the thing, Kevin left tons of bruises on me but he had NO evidence of ANYTHING! So I get out of jail the next day on ROR. I go home to make sure the doors are locked so tht Kevin could not get back in since my mother (who bought the condo for me) had kicked his ass out before I was released. Then Kevin shows up, and then the next morning I find out tht I violated my ROR because ofthe no contact order with the suposed victim....HE SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE WHEN HE WASNT SUPPOSED TO! So a week goes by and then I find out I have 2 warrantesout for my arrest bc of the ROR being revoked...my bail was 600...so I go to a bondsman and I went through him so I was out of jail in 2 hours...so now Im out on bond...awaiting a court date...I would like to get the no contact order lifted so tht Kevin and I can go and get this divorce finalized but I dont know if tht will happen...Any comments on this are greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone I got home from the hospital Saturday. The surgery went relatively well, just a few complications, that's why they had to keep me overnight. But yup, I'm home and walkin around with 4 incisions on my tummy...but I'm alive! LOL!!

Well tomorrow is the day I go in for surgery to have my gallbladder removed...I will be home later on in the day and I will let everyone know how it went....wish me luck!

Hey all I found out when my surgery date is for my gallbladder...its next Friday December 21st...so it's comin up soon....so plz keep me in ur thoughts and prayers. Thanks everyone!

On December 12, 2007, my old high school friend was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident. He died in route to the hospital...the saddest part was tht I drove right by the accident tht night on my way to see my man at work. There will be a memorial service for him Sunday @ 1pm at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida. Please keep his friends and family in your prayers....thank you. R.I.P. Chris....You left us way too soon!

Ok I posted a bulletin and obviously no one read it...oh well. Well I guess u can say I am feeling somewhat bttr today...although I havent had my morning coffee yet..ARG! But yeah, I wont be at my computer much today and I need to level ....if u help me level then just send me a private msg tellin me tht u helped me and I will buy u a drink....its the best I can do right now...soI hope everyone has a good day and I will talk to every one later!

On top of all my health issues I have come down with a nasty sinus cold....complete with ear infection, congestion, and headache. So if ya dont see me on here for a cpl days u knw why...just thought I would let everyone know.

Well at 8:30 this morning I got a call from my husband saying that the school called and told him that his oldest son Kevin Jr. (who is 11) had an accident. He was riding his bike to school, when he hit a rock on the ground and ran face first into a chain link fence. So I told him to go pick up Jr. and bring him to the house. Me being a paramedic-in-training, I checked him out and he was fine. He will be staying home today. His injuries icluded some scrapes on his face by his eye and lip, as well as a possible black eye. Right now he is resting on the couch watching cartoons. I found this very funny actually because Kevin Sr. (my man) had a similar accident a few months ago where he flew off his bike and landed face first into a guard rail...which landed him in the hospital. The first thing I told Jr. when I saw his face was "Boy you are just as clumsy as your father!" Lmao. What a day....and it's only 11:26am!

For all of you who do not knw what is going on in my life right now....I have found out that I have gall stones, which will require having my gallbladder removed. Also, I had an endoscopy done today to check for ulcers. Luckily, tht came back clear...so thts good...but I'm not out of the woods yet. Yeah this is pretty sad for my first blog. At midnight last night my gf's dad passed away. I just got news of it just now and don't know exactly what happend. Just please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
