How much does it really matter in a relationship? Hell just how much does it matter...you don't need a relationship to need sex! We must all have different opinions on this but I would think they all boil down to the same answer.
WE NEED IT
The people who try to claim that it doesn't matter at all are the ones who can't get it. Thats the only way you can honestly not care about whether or not you get it is if you know you won't. Pity...
Sex in general is a good thing...(safe sex of course std's are no good! been clean my whole life and I intend to stay that way!)...it gets rid of stress and all those pent up frustrations. It's brings you closer to your partner. For some reason don't we feel more secure and able to open up to our partner after we have done the deed? Why?
Is it possible to have a good relationship without having good sex? I think not... So your on a 2nd date with somebody your very atracted to. the evening goes great and you take her home, walk her to the door and your invited in. It's awful... no movement no enthusiasm.....your left unsatisfied! Do you call them for a 3rd date? Be honest now...nobody will judge? And if you do happen to call do you do it just to pass the time or can you see yourself truly presuing them?
There are always exceptions to the rules of course!
After years of a good relationship...great sex...a family...your body may just not operate as it should. So you can no longer have sex...does that take from the great life you have shared or make you less attracted to each other...no! You can't just break down love thats grown so deep.
Here's my opinion...
Can you have a relationship even if the sex leaves something to be desired...yes. Can you have a good relationship without good sex...no! We all have our issues no relationship is ever perfect (thank god...it would be boring if it was) and whats the best way to make up after that big fight...sex! Now sex isn't everything but I believe it plays a huge role in a relationship. It's a much needed piece to the puzzle that is love.
I really want to get some imput on this subject so I want every reader to comment! Tell me I am a dumb cunt or a profound scholar (lmao). Just share your opinion! This is why I blog! It kills me to see views with no comments attached so please...save my life with a comment lol.
