I am paying for this pre-legal aid service where i pay about $40 a month, and when i needed them last year to represent me in my child support case, they couldn't do it because my daughter's mother was already using the same service to represent her! Is this service any good or should i just get a lawyer when i need one if i ever need one, or have someone in mind ready to represent me for any other legal needs in the future? Should every person have a lawyer??
