How is it that the IRS does absolutely NOTHING when you report someone for illegally claiming your kids on their tax return? Leaving me to have to wait even longer for the money that me and my children so desperately need. My ex's mother claimed my kids last year and I reported her then. Then this year she did it again and I will report her again. But will the IRS actually do something about it this time so she won't be able to do this to us anymore? I have full custody of my children and my ex (her son) hasn't paid me any child support, so what the hellgives her the right to do something like this 2 years in row???? Just needed to vent a bit.
