a friend of mine, who has been a friend since childhood, has owed me close to $1000 for about 6 years now. I ask him about once a month for the money or at least a payment on it and he gets mad at me every time I ask....always a different excuse......
I was a friend and loaned him the money, and have a been a friend to him by not going thru the courts to get my money back. I think hes not returning the friendship when he acts ungrateful and doesnt even try to pay me back a little at a time.
Today he calls me over to see his new LCD 53" tv which was in the area of $3000
Is it time to take him to court? |
