That If you put diesel fuel in a vehicle that runs on gas, it will still run. It just runs much louder, lots of smoke comes out of the tailpipe, loud backfiring will occur. You will also hear some outrageous rattling going on under the hood of said vehicle. I also learned that putting diesel fuel in a gas vehicle does not make your spouse very happy....especially if his occupation is a mechanic. I saw no reason for all of the confusion...I mean he ISSSSSSSSS a mechanic, so it's not like it cost him anything to drop the fuel tank, drain the diesel fuel, replace the spark plugs....just a little time out of a day. Just think what it would have cost had he not been a mechanic.
I just don't understand why I was the only one looking at this situation and laughing until I almost pissed on myself.
Anywho....to those of you with a gas vehicle, I don't suggest running diesel fuel. :D
