Today is the day, where I say my goodbyes
I’ve been waiting for this moment for some time now
But never had the courage to actually go through with it.
Today is the day, to leave my kisses on your face
To finish has never been my strongest point
But my accomplishments have been a bit underrated
Today is the day, for me to go
For me to understand the greater things in life
For what that is, I will never know
So I leave you with this;
I have loved as much as I could
I have told the truth as much as I can (remember)
I am as real as anything in this world
Even if I can’t touch every little thing in this life
I know I will be able to in the next.
