I know I promised you my vide blog on Monday, but hey, shit happens. I know you're supposed to be a bit earlier than 1 hour for international flights but we got there a bit earlier than that. We checked in, got through security and had about 3 hours to spare. How do you kill time in an airport?
You read 3-d magazines! Sports Illustrated swim suit issue this month is partly in 3-d and even comes with a pair of cheap paper and plastic 3-d glasses. It looked pretty cool for about 3 pictures, but then it started to cause a headache. I also read my other favorite magazines,
Stuff, FHM and Maxim.
At around midnight we finally boarded our non-stop flight for Sydney. A 15 hour flight. The good thing. You get to watch VOD movies, music and some video games and tv shows. The other good news, we got a whole row of 4 seats to ourselves. The bad news, it was a 15 hour flight. Other good news, I did do some video of this day, but not like I will put it up because Aiden has no way to get it on the computer to make a video with it. Plus he came down with a really bad flu and is bitching and complaining today about his nose, his head, his back, his eyes and every other part of his body he can see, touch or smell.
Finally we arrived in Sydney on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. There is like an 18 hour time difference so while we're here today, you guys are all living and reading this yesterday. Whatever. After a long tiring flight, we took a nice hot shower and decided to explore Sydney for the day! We went down to the Rocks and saw the Opera House from the Doyle's patio. The food was great, but we ate a lot and felt too tired to continue one, so we went back to the hotel to take a nap. Aiden feel alseep at 6pm and woke up today at 6am, I got a great massage, watched Blood Diamond, which was a really good movie. Makes me never want to buy a diamond, ever! And now we're getting ready to flight back out, this time to Cairns! I'll talk more once I get there... if they have internet access in the hotel!
