The Freedom to Run: The inner desire to be free exists in all creatures. The ability to move in any given direction, a natural process which occurs, internally, within the mind and body... Sometimes a conscious thought within the mind propels the action to occur and yet at other times.. no thought is present; it just happens as if the body reacts to a need or urge which must be acted upon.... At no point does any creature have the right to hinder or impede this process of another... But instead the choice to either join in the occurrence or stand aside to allow another to complete the action. Embrace what happens within life and allow the internal process which occurs daily. Act upon the need to be free and yet maintain the ability to adhere to any boundaries which are present. I listen to it quite often and attempt to dance like 'Didem'..
(I am not as successful with the Movement as I would like but I continue to try... As the music and movements within BellyDancing causes such feelings of happiness and peace within my heart and soul)
