| Ok.... so I was just put on a deed for a house with my sister and brother. we are all owners of a 500,000.00 home now... and our aunt is living in it. She does not pay rent or anything else. She had a house behind this one and moved until her son... "a real loser!" builds his home and she can move in with him. Well it's been almost three years and he hasn't started to build his home yet... and she gave him the land to do it.... should we tell her to pay rent... or move out and sell the place while the market is still good? |
