So, I'm just wondering: is it really so much to ask of women, or even guy friends for that matter, to keep in touch from time to time? I'm a simple man, I just want a woman to know that I care about her, and that she at least cares mildly about me. Be that just a simple text or 5-minute phone call whenever.
The fact that I've been proverbially "stood up" so many times from people who say they'll "call me back" or "get back to me" is completely ludicrous. I can withstand that up to twice from a single person, the third time, I start to think they're deliberately ignoring me or whatever. SHIT, I wouldn't even care if they just were busy, but if they got back to me the next day or whenever at least say "hey I was busy, sorry I didn't get back to you" I'd be perfectly fucking fine! BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS.
So seriously, guys need attention just like women do, we need to know that the people we care about at LEAST care about us, so am I actually asking too much from them? really? Just a text or a call whenever? (not even that often, like once a week for shit's sake)
