for my own personal reasons... I know that coffee makes you alert and energized.. I have been drinking it now in tha mornings. Just one cup a day to help me get my day started and it has helped me curb my appetite.. I have been trying to lose weight.. But I was told by someone that it can make you retain water... and is bad to drink if you want to lose weight... does it make you retain water or can I be safe in drinking it? |
