Navarro Frenzy
So I finally finished my Dave Navarro book yesterday after almost two months. Since ya know I have been so busy, with the move and all to Honolulu. Man was it a good book,
I went into the book with only a vague idea of who Dave was as a person. Having one of those typical school girl crushes on him, never in my mind would I have imagined seeing him as not just someone famous, but as someone with something important to say.
When I first bought the book, many of you knew that I was afraid to start reading it. A lot had to do with the fact that I didnt want my perspective of him to change. Which in fact it did; he was and still is a Guitar God and the Sexiest Man Alive in my eyes, its just a little more meaning full now. With his struggle of many horrific experiences, and many losses though out his life, Dave Navarro has fought his way to come out on top.
Dave has become more then a just a poster on wall, he has become a mentor, an advisor, and my hero. He has over come his battle with lifes tragedies and has lived to tell it.
Now if any of you know about his book you know how long everyone waited for it. Now if you dont Ill tell you.
He started writing his book in 99 and it didnt get publish till 04. So we waited 5 yearsnow a lot of the reason why it took so long youll have to find out by reading it. But Ill you I am still left in amazement and I would read it again and again. It is by far one of the best books I have read in my life time, and you all know how much I read.
It just goes to show you, that life isnt always as glamours on the other side as we make it seem on T.V.

I sincerely recommend it and I know youll in enjoy it. It is totally worth the time you spend with your nose in it.
