1000 kicks a day. If that isn't a pain in the ass, I dunno what is. And I mean that literally. My ass hurts like hell, there's only so many times you can throw a kick before you start to just short-circuit.
I swear, if I didn't love the martial arts so damn much, I'd quit doing it. But my Master prescribed 1000 kicks a day, and for the last two years, that's what I've done. Hell yeah and huzzah and... ow!
Now that that's over, I'm going to go take my ADHD medication and go for a quick run.
