You can't NOT tell the stories and use your voice because to do so is to poison yourself, in a manner of speaking. If you hold all these wonderful things inside, they rot on the vine. If you never express the things you need, that holding back and bottling them up poisons you. But if you bring them out, doing so makes all the difference in your life. You communicate your needs and work towards the things that will manifest you, glorify your vision of yourself and your experience of life
