Two companies have expressed their interest to take you. One already has an offer sheet, the other says it'll take a couple more weeks to come up with one. Will you wait for the other or take the job with the first one who made the offer?

A- Take the offer. Jobs are hard to come by.

B- Wait and compare. That is, if the first company will wait for you, too.

C- Tell the other company about your offer so they can expedite their process for you.
