                                                  Juggador Mafia Turf rules

Standards for promotion..
1. Be an active member for at least one week.
2. Show Improvement.( Not by leveling, but by Showing Excitement for your turf).
3. Show consistent improvement (Based on Character strength and Skill).
4. Other criteria include ability to train, Following all the turf rules and regulations, recruiting and working as team member.

Once in a leadership position( LT and Up ), you are expected to be an active participant. If you are going to be inactive for longer than three days, let someone know and we will temporarily put someone in the position so the turf funds are maximized to improve the turf. Not letting the Boss or Underboss or Lieutenants  know can result in demotion to Associate.

UPON PROMOTION:  The new soldier will need to provide a list of territories/equip to his/her mentor/trainer for an evaluation and/or recommendations on how to improve his/her mobsters. Unless we already know what you got..

The Rules of Engagement:
A. One attack on anyone in a turf is expected.
B. Three attacks on anyone in a turf is acceptable when money is taken. A second attack on a turf member when no money changes hands is considered a personal attack. ( NO MORE THAN 3 ATTACKS ON ANY 1 PLAYER IN A TURF MORE THAN 2O. AND NO MORE THAN 3 ATTACKS IN ANY ONE TURF.) Which means if you hit more than 1 player in a turf it looks like your trolling the turf and can.usually does cause Trouble.. 
C. Four attacks on a single turf member within an hour's time frame is considered provocative and retaliation should be expected. ( Do Not attack More than 3 times )Sometimes 2 depending on the turf..
D. Unaffiliated mobsters and Unprotected turfs with less than 20 mobsters are fair game. ( be cautious they can and  will retaliate on you. ( LEADERSHIP WILL DECIDE IF THE RETALIATION FOR OTHERS ACTIONS IS NECESSARY.) It is polite to accept their mob request if they send one.
E. ABSOLUTELY NO LISTING OF OTHER MOBSTERS IS TO BE DONE BY SOLDIERS OR ASSOCIATES.. ( UNLESS IT IS YOUR OWN MOBSTER, OR ANOTHER TURF MEMBER ASKS YOU TOO ) BREAKING OF THIS RULE CAN GET YOUR MEMBERSHIP REVOKED..

(NOTE) if you are going to work the Attack list.. you must Hover First.. Friendly Fire will not be tolerated.

BACK HANDING IS ALLOWED WHEN PLAYING WITH FRIENDS, AND OR IF YOU ARE GETTING BACK HANDED.. IT IS SUGGESTED YOU IGNORE IT, BUT IF YOU MUST SLAP THEM BACK GO AHEAD. BUT KEEP IT WITH IN REASON. REMEMBER: IT IS A WASTE OF STAMINA AND TIME TO DO SO..

Rules of Retaliation:
A. Retaliation against mobsters who are members of 75+ turfs need to be approved by the Boss or the Underboss. Provoking these turfs in any way is prohibited.
B. No backhands or responding to backhands period.
C. If you want the turf to retaliate as a whole, this needs to be orchestrated by the Underboss or the Boss. Please request in private. Orchestrated retribution will be planned out and may require time to prepare and coordinate with our Allies. We will use our cunning and not our primal insticts to defeat our enemies.

D. Hitlisting is prohibited unless performed by and Lieutenant of above. If you feel someone is a candidate for hitlisting or you want to hitlist someone please discuss this with an Lt or above. Backhands as  individual retaliation should be performed by an Lt or above as well.                                                                    ( LAST BUT NOT LEAST THERE WILL BE NO RACIAL SLURS/NAME CALLING IN TURF OR IN SHOUT BOX. THE BREAKING OF THIS RULE WILL GET YOU REVOKED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. ) WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HATE/RACISM/STUPIDITY.  WE ARE A TURF FAMILY AND WILL ACT LIKE ONE..

Above all REMEMBER THIS IS A GAME.. HAVE FUN " THATS AN ORDER "

IF you see a fellow turf mate being overhit and have a mobster in the attackers level range, jump on that mobster and HIT the attacker. Try to win the attack.. losing doesn't teach them anything. But wining lets them know someone else on the turf will " whoop that ass " if they proceed and continue to attack. Please see LT and up if you can NOT beat them.

If you choose to restart your mafia character, you will go down in rank and your spot will MAY have to be earned back as spots are available.( ALL DEPENDS ON HOW ACTIVE YOU ARE ) SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED OR MADE ONLY BY THE BOSS AND UNDERBOSS..
