| So I've been at the same Job for going on 6 years, I'm a Caregiver in an assisted living group home for the mentally ill. I get paid $9.25 an hour and the company is small so no benefits. I pretty much have Job Security also. My family thinks it's time for me to move on and find a place with benefits but in today's job force I'm concerned about whether I'll have as much Job Security as I have now. Benefits would be nice but what if I find a new place and a year down the line the company goes out of business or lays people off? So should I stay at my current job or move on? |
