| Alright here's my dilema. I currently work at a place that i don't care for too much. The pay is decent for the area that i live in and i do have health benefits. However, a new job has been offered to me that is much more exciting, starts off at same pay for right now but much better pay scale. Downside to the new job is it would start off at part-time which means no Health insurance. New job overall long run, MUCH MUCH better. I have 3 kids and i'm worried about going for the other job and losing the insurance. They did promise me that i would be put on full-time and get insurance but it would be bout 3-6 months before it happened. Much better benefits with new job. |
