Who am I? Jen Solano is the associate pastor of The HOUSE a postmodern church located in St. Paul, Minnesota, the associate founder of The Entertainment Industry Chaplains, an organization serving entertainers and their families and corporations as chaplains by providing spiritual life coaching techniques and founder of 1st Impressions Consulting Services, a life and career coach and professional resume writing service. Jen is a pastor, chaplain, life and career coach, public speaker, performer and business advisor.Bio: Jen Solano, daughter of Michael and Linda Rose, has two brothers, her eldest, Tov, and younger brother Jason who are also involved in ministry full-time. Her family history in the entertainment world dates back well over 100 years having family members as professional dancers, producers, directors, photographers, and actors in Europe. Current entertainment industry family members include cousins, Ariana Sloan, a triple threat, winning Hollywood as a dancer, model, and lead singer of her self named band, and Derek Silverman, a multi-talented vocalist and musician who has played with Corey Feldman and made an appearance on Her experience began at a young age appearing in several public service television commercials in Los Angeles, CA including one with actor Gabe Kaplan of the hit television show, “Welcome Back Kotter.” She is a classically trained vocalist, studied the art of acting, multiple types of dance, and fine arts. She has experience in local theater as an actor, stage manager and assistant choreographer.In 1991, she became involved with ministry for the first time and discovered a passion for seeing people grow spiritually. Life (and God), have allowed he to experience amazing life to its fullest. Her secular work experience includes serving as professional investigator, she was a “hired gun" for retail restaurant corporations, worked with welfare recipients, and served the public in employment recruitment/job placement positions. She believes in volunteerism and has served in many non-profit organizations in different capacities. She strongly supports community organizations that support familial stability providing job and career training, life skills, practical daily needs to the elderly, and support to women and children of domestic violence.
