I have been going over and over it in my head... cause the damn thing still eckos.... Last night was crazy! Black Stone Cherry, Finger Eleven, and Hinder was all great........... they played long sets something very different from the first bands doing only one or two songs and then leave. Hinder did 14 songs, two were brand new... One he said just didnt make the first record and the second was going to be on the next one.
The hardest part was standing 45 minutes in the cold with a skirt on because i spilled pop all over myself when we went to dinner. YEAH... that really fucking sucked...... as i reached for the cup the lid came off. :( After getting in we stood about 3 feet from the stage a really good spot considering it was a sold out show but it went down hill cause some drunk asshole started pushing people back and forth to get to the front and we wouldnt let him. He pushed so hard that he knocked people down. After I almost found the floor a cupple times and I wasnt close enough to knock the dumb fucker out, we left cause it hurt getting squished where you couldnt breath. 3 rows back from where we were people were just standing with enough elbow room and being considerate. I was hoping after the 4th security guard seen him do it they would have done someting so i didnt have to loose my spot for when hinder came on. My knee is just to weak to put up with the shit anymore. After Hinder was done as we were walking out Sarah had caught a drum stick from Black Stone Cherry's Drummer and I got it signed for her cause she was pushed away from us (and a little shy) I should have had the whole band sign it now .. damn me!!!!!! :(
The concert lasted from 8 to about 1145. Im surprized that it didnt take us long to get out of the parking lot. :) although we had alot of people trying to be first and stupied cause while we were in the concert the roads refroze.
We took Siz home and went and got the kids. I told mom she could trim their bangs but leave the rest alone and she didnt.. they look really bad cause now they have lines in their hair .. I was trying to let it grow out and now you can see their hole forhead. I thought she would just trim it so that its above their eyes so we dont have to listen to it for a little while. Oh well it will grow back its only hair.
