Reminds Me Daily What ever troubles they may be Someone else has it worse then me When, life is troubling and seems unfair God promised, not go give more then we can bare The other night, I called a friend that was leaving town He had to leave his house before, it burned down. As I hung up the phone, I looked around at my 4 walls It occurred to me, I don’t have it bad at all. We’ve got fires in the west, the south we have drought. Let’s pray to God to help us out. When, I hear of someone’s sorrows and pain. It reminds me daily, to be thankful again. As each day’s passes, I pray for strength to do what’s right. And, I give thanks as I close my eyes at night. In these troubled times, it can seem all is without hope. I have to remember to pray when; I’m at the end of my rope. When things seem bad, and I’m filled with desperation Those are the days that fill me with courage and inspiration When, the sea of life makes one feel tossed You can be a beacon of all who feel lost Be a shining light for those in the dark. Let your love flow to create a spark. Take a few moments to tell someone I love you today. Those words mean more then anything else you can say.

I woke up this morning and realized, how much I'd aged The years have mellowed me from my rage. There's lots of things I'd like to change for certain. I'd put an end to child abuse, no children would be hurtin. No one would be homeless, we'd take the money that's used for destruction. No more bombs we'd be making, we'd be making new home construction. There's a lot of things that, just aren't right. No one should go to bed hungry at night. All the pork barrel projects, let me put your mind at ease. We'd take this money to fight cancer and every other disease The power of one united, that's the way we can start. All for one united, divided we fall apart. There would be no smoke filled skies, no pollution on land and sea. But, for all thses things to happen, it's up to you and me. chris
