My company Christmas party is tonight. My husband was supposed to go with me, but after the flu shot that he got yesterday, he feels yucky.
My employer got a head count a few weeks ago, and very strongly suggests that employees hold to that promise (caterers, seating, etc.).
I have my 17 year old daughter who has offered to go in my hubby's place (6 months or so till she's 18), but I have been told in the past that this is an adult party.
Should I:
A= Take her anyway and have a good time
-or-
B= Don't take her and risk fallout from management |
