hello , well the 28th i had to go get my knee looked at now lol I got to go to pt I found out the dr in morgantown just didnt want to mess with me ....... now i was told my knee cap is on the left side of my knee, she asked me why he didnt do anything about it other than sending me to pt.. I told him about the grinding in my knee but he tells me that is normal lol thats bull ........ now the pt tells me that my knee cap is on my knee bone grinding both bones and the band is way to tight that is pulling my knee cap to the side . neatless to say my other knee is doing the same thing from the way i have to walk to make it not crack and pop ,grind and i got something coming on the back side that on the bottom of knee cap you know tha dr's use them rrrrrreeeeeeaaaalllllll long words that dont make sience to me lol and i got to wear the brace i got till she get's the knee stronger and she said something about a j brace don't ask me what that is but i was told that them are not fun to have lol ( tell me what would be fun if your hurt lol) i'll try to get some pic to post in the next one so all can see what im talking about . She is going to try to get the band to ease up the way she will do that is to massage the band talk about hurt man that hurts i think she was tryn to get to the bone . and then she put this thing on there that drawed up the leg oh that was fun NOT !!!!! i had 20min on that . then she put the shocker on it with heat that was ok 20 min on it . ya now i got that 3 times a week wooooohoooo torcher lol ok im going to go now i need to let hubby try to put his fingers in to my bone lol .... later all hope all is doing good have a nice day
