Well another day. I’ve had a lot of free time lately cuz I’m waiting for the carpenters to finish framing a job of mine. Guess I’m not the only one that spent too much over Christmas. Nobody wants to have tile work done right now. Thinkin I might sell some blood or something J/K. At least I get to chill out at home and play with the dog and the kids. Anyway enough of my whining. At least I'm not over in Iraq trying to win the hearts and minds of people that despise me. I'll be honest, I don't miss those days. Actually in a weird sort of way I do miss them a little. I'd like to think what I did in the Corps made at least a little bit of a difference. It's funny how you can make the best of any situation when you have to. Even when it was at it's worst we still managed to have at least a little bit of fun, even if it was just busting each others balls. I really seem to be rambling today. Honestly I'm not on meth or anything. It's probably cuz I haven't been sleeping well lately. On top of all the usual aches and pains from my bike wreck I think I pinched a nerve in my neck and I haven't had feeling in my left hand for about two weeks. I keep waking up and shifting postion in the middle of the night. wah wah wah. Gotta find something to keep me busy today. It's snowing out so I guess I'll have to go fire up the snow blower and clear the driveway and sidewalks. If we don't clear the sidewalks in front of our house the town will give you a ticket. I'll probably try and get Duke in the tub. That's always fun. He's not bad once I get him in. It's just getting him in there that's a challenge. After that who knows. Depends on how sore my leg is today. Ill probably just listen to Stern and then veg out in front of the TV. Beetlejuice is on Stern right now and he always makes me smile. Guess I'll wrap up for now. Feel like I need a good sign off phrase. I'll have to work on that. Maybe I'll try a few and if anyone is reading this you can give me some input.
