           I picked up the phone,

          and tried to call you,

          but for some reason

          It wouldn't go through.

           I thought I misdialed

          so I tried again,

          but the same thing happened,

          that's when my worries began.

            What did I do wrong?

           was it something I said?

           there's so many questions

           dancing in my head.

             Were you hurt?

            are you alright ?

            I don't remember

           getting into a fight.

            I was so confused

             and kind of lost,

            'cause I'd do anything for you

            no matter the cost.

            Did I hurt you?

             please let me know

            but if I didn't

            would you please just let me go.

            Why do you keep on

             doing this to me?

             If you want out

             please just set me free.

            Why don't you grow up and be a man

            quit acting like a little boy.

            When you become a man,
