ok run down..
I'm currently Baby sitting my little brother a few times a week and every other weekend. I have been doing it now for about 3 years. He's 7 years old and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes Means hes insulin dependant.
My issue runs into this now. i'm Trying to move on with my life, moving in with my current boyfriend in august. Our apartment is no where close to my mothers house. About 1/2 hour away. I've been fired from jobs because of Baby sitting. and really have no time for myself. My boyfriend is getting angry about it. only because he says my parents are using me. and he's not the first person to say that. I sometimes beliee the same thing. But to find daycare for a child with T1 is almost impossible. T1 is pretty complicatedto deal with.I want to move on with my life. but I also don't want my brother to get hurt or possibly Die from someones Stupidity of ignoring his BG highs of BG lows. i know it should really be my problem, but I dont know what to do.. i cant keep being my Familys puppet. How should i deal with this situation? Should I just tell my family they are going to have to deal with out me and find someone who can? or should i just keep doing it for free and deal.
(its causing Problems mind you, with jobs, boyfriend, myself)
