What's the best thing to do if you spot a lady that looks like she might be pregnant, and has no seat whilst travelling on public transport ?
In London we have a badge you can apply for, if you prove you're prevent, that clearly says baby on board (in the London underground sign), it's a fun way of making it obvious.
But not all people use them or leave it on another jacket etc.
It's awkward. You want to help but don't want to offend anyone.
Do you ignore or just give up your seat ? Men can more easily give it up without causing offense then women, as it's still common to see gentlemen do this for women. |
