| I met this girl back in 97 and started dating her we were having sex everything was great and she went to go visit her dad on the other side of the state for a month. When she came back she was pregnant and I was informed by a mutal friend that she had hooked up with an ex while she was gone. When I asked her she wouldnt talk about it and broke up with me. I asked her if it was my child she said it didnt matter whose it was and could be anyones. I lost touch with her not long after. For years it has eaten away at me that I may have a daughter out there and that her mom wouldnt talk to me. A couple of days ago I found her on facebook through another friend she is married happily and has 3 more children. I have wanted to ask her if she has ever found out who the father is of this child. If she is my daughter I would want to know and try to make up for missed time. I am not a deadbeat dad and would have been there for it all if she would have let me. So my question is do I bring up the past and ask her again as to what happened. or do I just forget about it as she is obviously happy with life as it is. I feel misserable about this always have. |
