I remember talking with a friend quite a few years ago (4 or 5) about this subject. I was telling him how beautiful girls actually have it pretty rough in life when you think about it. They usually can't find an honest man because all they receive are lies delivered upon a silver platter. One lie leads to feelings of acceptance while another leads to a kiss. kisses lead to deeper things that usually end in regret. After the guy gets what he wants he is already hunting out new prey. Poor thing was left in tears. This is just one thing they will see throughout this reality we weave.
You might be asked, "Why is it that a girl so pretty doesn't have a ring on her finger?" If only everyone knew...First she must learn how to trust! But, how can she trust when when only so few are after her heart and the rest of the guys hate the strings that true love brings (attatchements)? By the time she meets an honest, caring, encouraging, as well as God fearing man, her vision has been blured. All men are potential for mistake! She wishes that this new admirer would leave her be. "Can't he see that I am through with these games?" she mumbles silently. He sences that something is wrong. He wants to know why she is being so cold to him. "Did I do something wrong that offended her?" he asks himself puzzled. She goes off to her room to cry herself to sleep. The gentleman mopes home slowly so that his tears may be dried before anyone sees. That night, two very confused people bore a scar. Memories that never fade. It changes the way they think for the future. Love is forever filtered through the scar. The two who were meant to be ultimately ended in tragedy all because a guy a long time ago lied to a beautiful girl. She never found true love because she could never again trust. Let the hordes and droves of the beasts try to gain her acceptance. They only build uppon her foundation of anger, resentment and fear of the unknown! Now, do you see just how hard it really is to bear the "gift" of beauty?
My condulances go out to every girl in this world who has ever had to go through simular situations like the above. On the other side of the coin, my deepest reguards also go out to every honest and caring man who has fallen victim to this type of action as well. Girls, have you ever sat to ponder if you may have already met, made eye contact or ever shared a brief moment in time with a guy who could have been the one to comfort you while sharing painful memories of your past; the guy whos hand only rises to brush the tears off your face; the gentleman who still opens doors for you; the man who prays with you every morning and night so their children may one day grow up to follow the example of mommy and daddy :)
I know I am not a paid expert or anything, but I do understand quite a bit about human behavior (especially dealing with relationships). That is why I am not in one right now. haha! ;-)
It seems that knowledge can be a curse as well. The more you dig, discover, uncover, retain and ponder information, the more you realize just how much you were either lied to, used, cheated or just so ignorant about everything. I am constantyl praying for wisdom every day. Each and every time God puts something in my mind, I write it here, share it with a friend via message or it is in the back of my mind for later use. My destiny is to become a sponge; soaked full of wisdom. I will not be self absorbed, but gracious enough to ring myself dry as to quench others' burning questions as I once again absorb more knowledge in an atempt to overflow onto the dry lands.
