Introduction

Vampire’s fact or fiction?

This is a question that has plagued many people over the centuries and how has this creature of myth and legend come to be such a prolific character in modern society from book to film to vampire clubs and societies that have arisen into being.

The sources of these legends come form almost every culture on the Earth from Gods to Demons but in all of these is it really a belief in trying to find reasoning behind some of the more fear based reactions to the unknown incidents but a more rational investigation shall be discussed and there shall be a look at the psychological factors to the physical factors that denote this as a disease of the mind and the blood.

Why do some of the people that believe themselves to be vampires have pseudo names, is it to help them to become that character or is this being from folklore and fiction a part of themselves that is locked away from the outside world that allows them to indulge in a life that is fantasy or is it really a life that is ingrained into them to be a socially acceptable way that allows a way of self-indulgence in a world where nothing is real.

Through out history and even today there have and are murders that have been performed by those that have been deemed as vampire murders to God’s and Deities and yet others are an act of murder because of a possibly unstable mind or affliction.
