I have a small clock which I keep next to me and through the day, I look at it to keep track of the time.
Recently, a family member has come to visit and she asked to borrow it. I didn't think anything of it; after all, I have my 'inner clock' don't I?
Well....the first couple of days, I was disoriented and I didn't know what time it was....at all. Not in a specific sense, but even just in a general way. I would wake up early in the morning, thinking it was 6am when it was in fact only 3am.
Time to get an extra clock, methinks!! And time to try and re-develop my 'inner clock'.
