In the face of danger,
they took a stand,
and proved their loyalty
to this great land.
Because of their courage
many lives they did save
and it was with their lives
that they gave.
They weren't actors,
or athletes , or even
Heads of State, They were
A group of Americans
who decided their own fate.
They took action,
in the face of fear,
knowing full well
death was near.
They gave their lives
so that others may live,
What greater gift can
one man give.
