Life, in my humble opinion, is a frustrating mix of laughter and tears accomplishments and disappointments. love and loss.
How we deal with these things defines us as human beings. Are we crushed so badly by what life has to offer that we stop trying ? Or, do we instead continue to go on, offering what we can along the way...
Do we become so arrogant with our successes that we stop caring about others ? Or develop an empathy that prompts us to help others succeed as well...
I truly believe that everything you do matters in your life, every smile you offer, every time you hold out your hand to someone in need, well it just might make a difference..
Every tear you shed in that huge turmulous river we call life experience is a chance for you to learn how best "not" to hurt others...
I just cant help thinking that perhaps if we were to treat each occurrence in our lives as a chance to learn or to help us grow, that maybe in time this old tired world of ours would start to be a better place for all of us....
