| ok i am in the middle of a custody fight for my 17 year old daughter, this is what she wanted or i would not be doing it because she will be 18 next october. I won custody but her father keeps appealing. My daughter met her first love over the summer while at her fathers, now she changed her mind. I spent all this this time fighting for her. There was a hearing set up and i never recieved the notice. So therefore i was not there and the referee gave my ex custody. I know she took the letter and hid it because she wants to be by her boyfriend. Well there is another hearing set up for trial in janurary. She hasnt called me or even talked to me until I caughter her online yesterday. I found out from protective services yesterday, she was taken by ambulance to the hospital,she had tried to commit suicide. and now the police in saginaw and their protective services say she cant be around me, i was supposed to have visitation this weekend and she is not comming. They are blaming everything on me. Well while reading her myspace i noticed she broke up with her bf and I know this is why she did this. It is not because of me. Well i was talking to her on myspace yesterday and she told me to leave her alone called me Debi and said i should whant what she wants and i should want her to be happy and until this is over she is no longer talking to me. she called me pyscho and really hurt me, she said lots of terrible things to me and then ended up deleting me off her myspace. What do I do I am really sad about this, i did absolutly nothing to her but what she wanted. now she dosent want to be here because of her bf. and everything is my fault and she hates me. I am afraid if i win custody back all shes gonna do is give me problems and i have 3 young children in the house. |
