base sauce is southcaorlina bbq sauce. 1 cup
add to that 2 tbsp chilli powder.
1tbsp cyanne pepper
tsp rosmary (fresh is best.)
3 cloves garlic
lotsa pepper
some cajun spice
roll half onion in the sauce and stuff it in the bird
and douse the bird in the rest of the sauce
wrap in foil and roat the b1tch on 350 for 1.5hrs
