Ok For those that are reading this, you may notice that there is a problem with your friends and family not being able to see your items in your "Adult" folders. There seems to be a glitch in the system. There is a way around it until they fix it. Apparently the NSFW rank makes the folder a private folder for everyone except you.
1) Make sure ALL NSFW Photos in the folder are properly marked as adult AND NSFW.
2) Go to the folder options and remove the NSFW check.
3) You are all set.
This seems to be the only way to fix it for the time being, but I am sure the site people are working on it
