i need your help with some motivation. I am trying to lose between 75 ++ pounds b4 Summer. Right know I am a 34 year old 5'6 260 pounds and I want to be able to have children and live to see them grow. So what i am asking for is your motivation to keep me going and plus i am helping out some good friends with it too and with your help to keep me going i can do the same thing. I am going to post pics and updates on how it is going so that way all my friends and family can see and give me the motivation that I need to keep going. I want to thank you all for your help.
