More than ever, I truly want to destroy people who hurt kids.
Last week was a good week...missing children were found alive.
BUT HOW DARE anyone say a word against the poor Shawn Hornbeck boy in MO who was held by that freakish fucktard Devlin for over FOUR YEARS? It was the boy's fault, right? He could have gotten away, right? WRONG, you ridiculous, brain dead, pablum spooning, Bush voting imbeciles.
He was, is, a little boy. He will never be the same, his childhood stolen by a sick, selfish bastard who refuses to get help for his un-acceptable impulses.
How can it ever be the child's "fault" that they are abused, raped or murdered? This boy was manipulated, terrified, in fear for his life. Please, my blissfully ignorant friends, get ANGRY, before it happens to your child or someone you know.
We need legislature that assures human turds like devlin never see the light of day after their first offense.
I know, Devlin has never been caught previously, but why didn't anyone wonder why his "son" was not in school? Why couldn't adult neighbors figure out something was wrong in the ol' Devlin homestead? It couldn't be the fault of our self centered, insulated society, could it? NAAAH, HERE'S AN IDEA... Let's blame the boy. (that makes as much sense as paula abdul becoming a celebrity again, but that happened as well..)
What a sick yet typical rationalization by a country that has become unable , unwilling even, to educate, protect, shelter and clothe it's young, homeless, and poor. Blame them, right? The helpless, the innocent, the hurt, the needy. it's their fault, right?
I ask myself as so many loud mouthed self righteous christians and republicans do...

We need to WATCH our kids...Devlin never would have been able to get these boys if a simple community team effort like a neighborhood bus stop watch had been in place.
It's unplesant to think about things like this.
It may seem easier to turn away.
But isnt it time to get pissed and do something about it, before it happens to someone you know...or your own child? Wouldn't that piss you off....maybe even more than the douchebag that skips in front of you at Starbucks? Get pissed at something that matters.
