a blink then you came free
they set you to my eyes
like an explosion of brightness only the sun can match
i blinked and you came to be
a smile crossed my lips and my eyes brightened with joy
each second seemed like hours
you came near i felt i stuttered
you smiled
i felt like i had reached my goal
my eyes were enthralled i your presence
i couldnt breath
each passed moment felt like it was grand
i blushed and tried to hide
turning away and smilling inside
as your lips moved
i gasped, a realization occured to me
comming like a breath of air taken fast
a double breath and i stopped a moment
time froze in our meet
i blinked and couldnt breath
i was under water as you came near me
then time came back and i smiled
each second seemed so wild
i shuuder now to think
your gone from me right now
a feeling in my gut as i looked under your brow
eyes that would send the waves of the oceans to part
and lips so soft as silk
like the pomegranate flower blooming in the desert
a rose that shedds no thorns
i feel a festival of flowers come by as i watch you move
like a graceful cat amongst a world of fools
and in my moment i see clearly now
im crying inside when you are not here
a world so full of hatred and disgust
you shine above them all
and i stand in the dust
my heart pounds and it skips a beat
im blinking at this time in the now
and knowing that i need you somehow
in the moment i freeze again
im singing like the wild man in my head
singing things i never thought could be
in my mnd its just you and me
my fists clench and my eyes close
flowers blooming wild and untouched
im wishing i could give you those
yearning and burning and i see you there
inside my mind in the realm of dreams i find
im standing alone as you leave my side
my heart is hurting im dying inside
my gut wakes me up and im sad again
because your not here and im alone again
