I have one month to be in tip top shape .My first shoot of the summer is June 5th.
Current diet is: 1can of spinach 1can of tuna A small amounts of cottage cheese And a handful of Honey Turkey Drink is as much unsweetened tea and water as I want Diet coke one or two a day which will be cut out of diet once this case runs out.
I also am walking 2.5 miles a day 5x a week . Barre class 1x a week And I'm about to add gym 6x a week again.
Two questions should I add light weight lifting ,I can't bulk up for shoot..
And should I nix dairy and swipe out the Honey Turkey for something with little no no sugar?
I'm on a super limited time frame here so work with me on the advised healthy time frame.
