This is the third time now I will have to replace the drywall in the corner if not the ceiling and insulation to be sure there is no mold growing. Just a couple years back I had the roof over my son's bedroom replaced and they even flashed in the problem zone where the ice would dam up. Nothing until now, I'm guessing the leaves have filled up in the rain gutter.
So once again my house will be turned upside down for awhile. My son's Dresser in the kitchen, living room and any where else I can find room. This sucks as his room is also toy infested! Well at least it will get a good cleaning but none the less it's a pain in the A**!
I've even noticed a little stream of water comming down and ruining the border. I painted the last few times but this time I think someone else will have to. Which of course is going to be another pain because I'm sure they won't paint to my liking. But hey I still have my 102 inch whip from when I ran a CB radio in my car (a few cars back). LOL, so they'll have to unless they wanna get whipped right!
You can see it cracking near the corner. And where it's bubbly is from the rain water running down behind it.
ABC EXTREME HOME MAKEOVER WOULD BE WONDERFUL! I NEED A NEW HOUSE!
I'm beginning to think this house might be better then mine with all it's problems.
