I decided to live life and hit the white water! Only got thrown out once in a level 3 rapid...kinda got stone washed after getting caught under the raft. Peeps were supposed to tell me to tuck my toes in the raft and hold on lol! Now looking at phlebitis in my arm and a possible blood clot in my leg from the rocks! I had a blast! Should I go back after healing?
