...in all the world there is no one else exactly like me...everything that comes out of me is authentically mine, because i, alone, choose it...i own everything about me, my body, my voice and everything in between...all of my actions, whether they are to myself or to others...i own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes and my fears...i own all of my successes and triumphs, all of my failures and mistakes...because i own all of me i can be intimately aquainted with me...by doing so, i can love me and be friendly with me in every way, with all of my parts...i know there will be aspects about myself that puzzle me and other aspects that i do not wish to disclose, but as long as i am friendly and loving to myself, i can courageously and hopefully look for the solutions to the puzzles & for ways to find out more about me...however i may look or sound, whatever i may think or feel at any given moment in time is authentic 'me'...if later, some parts of how i am or what i sounded like turn out to be unfitting, i can discard that which is unfitting-keep the rest-and invent something new for that which has been discarded...i can see, hear, feel, say, think and do...i have the tools to survive, to be close with others and to love with no conditions, to be productive and to make sense and order out of the f*cked up world full of people and things outside of me...i own me and therefore i can engineer me...i am me and i am fabulous!!
