I am a book,
I sit quietly on a dusty shelf, observing often without being noticed.
I am knowledgeable yet useless.
One searches for the information, it is not often offered to them.
My eyes remain open, watching one world go by my shelf.
The eyes are perceptive and nothing escapes my all compassing view.
I am the serene book who can be funny, exciting and honest. But, usually chooses simply to sit on the shelf.
