Yeah this hasn't been a good week for me so far. It all started this past weekend.
My son has been sick with a cold, and Saturday he developed a viral infection in his hip. I know that now, but at the time I didn't know what was wrong. So after a trip to the ER, they weren't sure what was wrong so we scheduled an appointment with his pediatrician. She got worried that he might have a bacterial infection, i.e. staph infection, and wanted us to see a specialist, so we had to drive about 60 miles to go see the specialist. So after all of this, we found out he has a viral infection, it should pass on its own, and we shouldn't worry. But keep an eye on him.
Which leads us to today. He started throwing up this morning. I'm stuck here at school instead of being able to be home with him, and I'm worried to death. I hope that it's possibly just a reaction to the ibuprofen we've been giving him for the pain in his hip, but still I'm worried. That and sad cuz I'm stuck at school lol.
