MUMM, You are at a festival that is crowded. There is a walk way, but a bunch of drunk idiots think this is the place to stand around and talk crap to their friends and block the line. The Johnny-On-The-Spot's are 1 mile away and the line isn't moving.
The cops are also not doing crowd control but using their badge and uniform to hit on skanky chicks instead.
