First off, thank you!  Secondly, keep in mind that even if you don't plan on playing this toon, you will need to level it up to rating 6. 

• Go to your fuMafia and delete all of your existing fuMafia characters. The pictures below are a step-by-step to deleting ALL of your existing characters.  If you don't delete them all, this will not work and you will have wasted your time.  Mercs have to be the first character created.

1. Use this link: http://fubar.com/mafia/ to help you access fuMafia.  
    
2. Click on your fuMafia character name.  Mine is shown highlighted below:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on "Delete My Player" and follow any additional prompts.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on "Switch My Mobster" to ensure you have DELETED ALL TOONS.  If you don't see any toon, you are done with this portion.
   
    

• Use this link: http://www.fubar.com/mafia/join.php?acceptinv=356461 to join fuMafia as my Merc.
   
• Create a new toon, doesn't matter what picture or name you use.
   
•  Your new toon's page (accessed by clicking on your name as in 2.) will have this:
  
   

NOW YOU HAVE TO LEVEL YOUR TOON TO RATING 6 -- this is easier than it sounds and you don't have to do it all at once!  Just alternate between the following two options to use up your energy and stamina.  Remember, when you level you get instant refills of both so the first few levels (20 pts each) should be very easy.  

I recommend the Mission "Break Into A House" as this has the lowest energy requirement!

You have to WIN in order to gain experience points.  You will need at least 5 Mob, 5 Street Bikes, 5 Bullet Proof Vests, and 5 357 Revolvers.  YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THIS STEP TO LEVEL -- YOU CAN JUST DO THE ABOVE MISSION AS YOU HAVE ENERGY!
 

Once you have sucessfully reached level six, send me a PM.  I may already know, but just to be sure :)  I will reward those who become my Merc and stay my Merc.

Also, if you discover you like fuMafia or would like to give it a try, being a Merc is the best way to play.  I'll help you and so will my turf.  No question is too small :)

Many people come to me for help with likes.  There is just so much to type out in an sb that I decided to create a blog post.  I am not doing this so you can be green.  I am doing this for those people who actually needs the likes to level and don't want to waste uncessary credits getting there.

You do not need to buy the new Rockstar bling to accomplish this.  You can, and it might make things easier, but getting likes is just about hard work and patience and some time.  You also do not need a God Mode bling either.  Don't waste your credits on one unless you want the points off it as well.

A boomie helps, but it is not necessary.  The reason for this isn't because you are running bling and people will come rate/like you because of it.  No. The boomie helps in another way.  You will need to visit a lot of profiles rate/like/activity comment.  A lot of people will come to your page and rate/like you and never leave a comment.  You do not want to waste your time dropping comments on pages of people that have already pushed all your buttons.  This may sound mean, but leaving an activity feed comment takes extra time.  Still you should always like them back because they took the time to rate/like you.

Here is the formula.  Don't skip anything.  Every step is necessary.  If you have ever used the fsb homepage, then you will understand why this formula works.

You will need at least 8 hours or maybe even a little more depending on how well you accomplish the steps below.  You cannot toss up a boomie and a status and expect to get your likes.

1. Activate your boomie if you have one.  If you can't get one, don't worry.  You can still get your likes but you'll be dropping comments on a lot more pages.
2. If she still has her page devoted to people needing likes to level, please visit LIKE H3LL iDibs.  This will help you out with several hundred likes.  If you have the ability to pimp, it is wise to give her one to get more traffic on her page.  If you do pimp her out, make sure it's during the busiest time for maximum effect. 
3. Change your status at least every 30 mins.  Never go over an hour between status changes.  If you want, you can change them every 15 mins.  Any less and people will start hating on you.  Make sure to check the remaining likes needed (in your requirements not your page likes) and update this in your status.
4. Do not vote in the swimsuit contest until you are ready to start your likes.  This is very important.  On the fsb homepage, those who vote in this contest stay at the very top of the page.  About once an hour, vote for 4-6 of them at a time.  This will put your like button at the very top for everyone to hit.
5. Upload at least five new pictures via mass upload once an hour.  Again, the fsb homepage records this and your like button is visible once more.
6. Upload a video at least once an hour.  Same reason, fsb homepage.  Videos will get you the most likes.  Because no on uploads them, they stay on the homepage forever.  Do not upload more than one or more than once and hour.  Because they stay on the homepage a very long time, you will start annoying people.
7. Mumm.  I hate people who mumm for likes, but in all honesty this is where the gold mine is.  Make sure your mumms are not stupid.  Invest some thinking time and put up actual mumms.  I have done this sucessfully without any bashing.  Even on days I was green and it was obvious I was like hunting.  Use mumms wisely and please respect the mummers.  If someone gets crappy, just ignore them.  
8. Pimpouts are worthless unless it is evening.  You will come to see that if you follow the above steps, the number of likes you get from a pimp out are worthless.  Pimps work out best if you are running bling.  If you do not have bling, it is a waste unless someone gives them to you for free.  Never pay for a pimpout if you are like hunting.  It is worthless.
9. For steps 3-6, make sure you space them out through the space of an hour.  Don't go vote and then immediately upload pics and a video.  You are just wasting time.  The purpose of those steps is to maximize the amount of time you are on the fsb homepage.  Space everything out.
10. This is perhaps the most important step and why a boomie is helpful.  Remember anyone can like you from anyone's page that you left an activity comment for. Here are the steps to follow:  

• • (boomie only) If their cherries are red, just hit the like button and move on.  If their cherries are gray, rate them.
  • If you rated the page, drop an activity comment.  I suggest opening notepad and typing out two different comments to drop.  This way when you receive the spam message, you can just copy the other comment and paste it.  I suggest something witty or something unusual.  Don't drop HTML.  Not every user allows this and again, you're wasting time dropping HTML if they don't allow it.  If you can be non-beg about it, it is okay to say you need likes to level.  Imagine how you react to comments on your page and comment accordingly.
  • This is where it gets fun.  Stay on that person's page. Right below the comment you just dropped is another comment from someone else.  If their like button is not pushed AND if their comment is fresh (i.e. last 15 mins), like them and go to their page.  Again if you have a boomie up, you'll know if they rated/liked you already.  If they have, don't drop a stat comment.  Please like them at least for them rate/liking you.  Find the freshest activity feed comment without a like button pressed by you and repeat the above steps.  You can go on like this for a while.
  • Once you start getting bouncer messages, it is time for a break.  Go visit your page.  Like everyone who posted an activity feed.  No need to visit, they have already rated/liked you and you have just rated/liked them.
  • Use this bouncer check cooldown period to do any of steps 3-6.  You might be better off just taking a break for this every 15 mins and doing the uploads/voting anyways.
  • If you are a vip and you haven't used up your daily 11's, then you haven't visited enough pages or dropped enough comments.  This is not the time to be lazy.  I don't say that to be mean, but if you really want to accomplish this without bling, work is needed.

Just keep at it.  This formula works.  Be patient.  I have seen people get their likes in a very short period of time.  Remember likes may start dropping off depending on how long you have been trying to get them.  Keep an eye on this.  If you do the above, you might never notice a drop because the likes will pour in.  Usually a an average of 100+ an hour.

It also helps to have your friends help.  Recruit a few and have themuse their status's and family list to help.  They should also update their status frequently.  With this kind of teamwork, you will get the job done even faster.
